Rosalia is the Chief Executive Officer of the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund. She ensures sound governance of the Fund, and the alignement of the organisational strategy to national policies and goals. Her expertise includes public relations and communications; strategic management; public speaking and human resource management; marketing and stakeholder management; performance management. Rosalia is also an executive & leadership coach.
She holds a Master of Philosophy in Management Coaching from the Stellenbosch Business School; a Master’s degree in Business Leadership (MBL) with the UNISA School of Business Leadership; a Master’s degree in Culture, Communication and Media Studies, University of Kwa-Zulu Natal and a Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, majoring in Corporate Communications and Sociology, University of Namibia.
Rosalia has served on several boards including Letshego Holdings Namibia & Letshego Bank Namibia, African Leadership Institute (ALI); Public Enterprises CEO Forum – (Secretary, and then Chairperson) and University of Namibia as the Vice-Chairperson.
